Dansko Kate Mary Jane Shoes (For Women)

I bought these because I can't wear heels anymore and I needed shoes for church. They run really big, they fit with heavy socks but I tried them today for church with thin socks and couldn't wear them... SO... I am pretty disappointed with them. They are hard to buckle and kind of cloddy but comfortable. I'll keep them and just wear thick socks.

I'm a recent convert to dansko. Have the professional and Beth shoes (which I bought on Sierra). So I thought to try another style. But I should have returned them. Cut into the forefoot and unlike other dansko shoes dont have that marvelous feel when you put them on.

Haven't worn them for long yet, but expect good things.

Like I mentioned in another review, I purchased the Allegra Mary Jane in addition to this shoe to see which fit best. This shoe was wider (My feet are narrow and small) and my heel kept slipping out of the shoe. Otherwise, very cute look (I actually liked this look alittle better than the Allegra but they are both pretty similar). Seem to have good support but the leather in this shoe seemed more stiff than the Allegra which was another reason I went with the other shoe.

Wanted to like these shoes so much, but I wear orthotics and had to take out the insoles to put my orthotics in. The shoes were too tight and I couldn't move my toes. Husband didn't like them.
