Dansko Margot Sandals (For Women)

I LOVE Dansko shoes. The footbed is classic and comfortable, stable. But, ouch! The straps are too stiff. They pinch, rub, chafe. I suppose the reason these are on sale is because they are painful to wear. Sorry, can't wear them.

I own 11 pairs of Dansko shoes, because I really like Danskos. This shoe, however, is a great disappointment because it is too small for the size. I usually wear 7.5 and have an average foot, so I bought Margot in size 38 and can barely fit into them. On top of it, it really pinches both of my pinkies (even after I adjusted straps) and makes it impossible to walk in. I am not talking "walking" as "hiking", but merely walking down the street. Last time I wore it to a function, I ended up with blisters on my (very average) feet and all I did was walk 2 blocks on the pavement. Cute shoe, but impossible to wear.

These sandals are so cute! With the famous Dansko clog base, these sandals offer great support. They were such a great deal that I bought another pair in another color.

I bought all 4 colors and am glad I did! Pretty and comfortable,if you have short pinky toes they may stick out of the straps though. Also if you have a high bone on tops of your foot the bottom strap may be too tight,I used a stretcher and now they fit GREAT! Great arch support,I have plantar fascitis in one foot and it's now improving.

Dansko shoes are the only shoes I've bought and have worn all day right out of the box!

I bought all 4 colors in a size 38. My right foot is a bit wider and longer than the left. My left foot little toe has no coverage and get's hurt by the strap or hangs out of it, it also has a higher instep so I had to stretch the strap(no adjustment provided) ....it became unbearably painful and was cutting into the bone on the top of my foot! I'm a massage therapist and on my feet long hours and find these to be GREAT on comfort and my plantar fascitis is improving! No break in period on my right foot! I generally buy size 39 but find these to hug my arch better and give more support. So....if you have shorter pinky toes or high bones on top of your foot...stay away.

It doesn't get any better. The colors are cool and the sandal wears like an extension of your feet. Absolutely wonderful...

Super cute shoes, but one of the straps does not adjust to my high arch. Seems a half size smaller than other Danskos. I can wear a 38 normally, but this one was just too small. [...]
