Dansko Melodie Oxford Shoes (For Women)

I owned a pair of Dansko Janika's before I purchased these Melody Oxfords. These were a bit stiffer and initially had blisters on the heals, but after breaking in a bit they've proven to be a great shoe, very comfortable and keeps my foot warm on cold Washington DC days. Plus, they are very cute and make your foot look small!

I'm a Dansko fan, and this is one of the most comfortable shoes I've had. I love the extra inch in height and the usual arch support is superior in this shoe. I've grown to like the looks as the Oxford style was new for me.

I work in a business casual environment but have to be on my feet all day. Danskos are always great, but this is a nice dresses up style. I did get a blister the first few wears though.

I am a Kindergarten teacher so I am on my feet all day. These shoes are so comfortable! My mom has recently had some problems with her feet, so I have been more aware of taking good care of mine. They are also great for walking in light snow because of the raised sole. The construction of these shoes is great...they are quailty, comfort, and cute all in one!

I work in a healthcare profession and these shoes are just so perfect to go t work. It feels so comfortable. In fact I'm thinking of getting another pair.

Loved the feel of the shoe, the sole height, but the stiff leather rubbed on my ankle bones and was very painful.

I have yet to break them in, but they feel very roomy in the toe area, and they offer good support. They are a little stiff inthe low ankle area and cause blisters. I've read others' comments saying that area of the shoe will soften with use, I hope so! They are fun, funky shoes that look as though they will alst quite a while.

I really like this shoe. I have three other pairs of similar model, but slightly different style (upper) and color. It is casually dressy and very comfortable. I can wear them all day without any problems, and I like the extra height it gives me. I do not have back, leg, hip, or feet problems in this well designed shoe. The only down side to the shoe is that it doesn't come any smaller or narrower, so I wear thick socks. I could use a half size smaller/narrower.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Very cute (in a bulky shoe sort of way). They do have a bit of a drawback in the fact that the heel has a hot spot. Hopefully this will disappear after wearing in the shoes.

These shoes are comfortable once you break them in. The first time I wore them they rubbed against the back of my ankle. 2nd time I wore a little thicker sock and then the 3rd time a think sock. I now wear them all the time. They do take a while to break in. Put a good bandaid on the back of the ankle the first day. I didn't buy these from [@] but I am getting a 2nd pair here because I do love them. They are so comfortable.
