Dansko Olaf Boots - Chukkas (For Men)

Having bought a pair of Dansko sandles that were too high in the heel, I had some concerns about these shoes. However the heel height was very good and the arch support was almost but not quite perfect, I can use them without my orthotics. So far they have been used to walk the dogs and run errands and have stayed comfortable. They do not have the larger waffel soles and so do not drag dirt into the house, aiding in domistic tranquility.

Took 4 times sending and returning item because the wrong size was sent. Order form had correct size on it but box was always the wrong size. Haven't checked my credit card stmnt yet, so I hope I wasn't charged multiple times. Please check this item - bar codes on box didn't match with size on Dansko label. Got frustrated, and when the shoe came in the correct size, I felt like I didn't want it anymore.

stand all day and require comfort - these in correct size would probably be good!!!!!!!

These shoes have great arch support. I teach all day and enjoy the support these shoes offer. I wear size 12 but ordered a 45, based on the reviews of this website. The 45 fits perfectly. These shoes are geared more for standing than walking. They offer firm support without much shock absorption. If you are on your feet for long periods of time and you don't want to wear those silly looking clogs that nurses and doctors wear, then this is your shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable when one needs to stand for long periods of time. Excellent support that is just about equal to the (much uglier) dansko clog :).
