Dansko Roxy Pumps with Ankle Straps (For Women)

I ordered this shoe for my size and found it pressed on me a little where my big toe meets my foot (arthritis). I gave it to my daughter who wears the same size and she loved it.

I am all about proportion with shoes. These - as you would expect from Dansko - do a nice job of taking a casual/work heel and making the shape and the heel really nice so that they look and feel a little sharper than some others of this style. They are quite comfortable, but I found that they were just a hair large - not even half a size - and this is enough to put the arch in a weird place. I haven't worn them for a whole day yet; we'll see if this makes them harder to wear. The style looks great with jeans or work wear - a nice shoe for when you don't want to be completely casual but don't have the energy or desire for your fmp's. Quality of construction is of course lovely.

Nice color, looks stylish. Very soft insoles. I think these shoes are very durable and will take awhile to wear them out. It feels stiff but I think it will get softer after I start wearing them. Good price and it's made in Europe. European shoes always looks different.

I got them because of the look but they did not fit my feet. I really want to keep them but they become very uncomfortable to wear. I would recommend this item but try on for long time first.

I normally wear a 8 in US sizes. I ordered the 38(7.5-8) but it was just a bit too small. In this style I need a 38.5--which they don't make. I had to return them because of the size problem, but they really are nice looking--especially since it is a Dansko, which I think of as more comfortable than dressy.

Very cute, but I've only worn them 3-4 times, because the ankle strap and leather on the toe chaffe.

Just great shoes. I have them in two colors and love them. My other Danskos are narrows but these work out b/c of the strap. Overall, great fun shoes.

Dansko always runs big. I wear shoe size 5.5 so a Dansko 36 is like a 6 or 6.5 for me. Overall very pretty and good quality shoes. Does not breath well though.

These shoes looked ideal for my purpose--something stylish and a little retro to wear with pants and skirts for work. Unfortunately, they're incompatible with my narrow, yet tall, feet. Unlike other Danskos I've worn, this style has very low sides on the toe box , so my pinkies and the adjacent toes were both scrunched, and the construction doesn't leave enough slack to stretch them to fit. Length, everything else, just fine. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone with the right shape of feet.The other positive reviews about construction quality, etc, are right on. They're just not for me, sigh.

I love these shoes. I can't just wear any shoe, and I especially can't wear heels. Whenever I dress up I have to wear something that will support my feet and I can actually walk in.
