I was worried about buying an EU size not 100% what the US comparable would be. I wear a size 5 shoe. I purchased an EU36. They fit beautifully and look great. They're comfy right out of the box. No need to break-in the leather.
I love how they're stylish and attractive but I can still run, pick-up, and carry my little guy without worrying I'm going to twist an ankle.
