“This skirt is well made. Remember that it is not a skirt that sits low on the waist. The fabric is a little stiff but thats not a big deal. I am a 14 and this is surely the limit of who should wear it. The skinnier you are the better this skirt looks since it is quite voluminous. It is long but thats what I wanted.”
