“The description of this skirt said that it ran small, so I ordered a size up. However, the size up is too big, so I believe that the skirt does not run small. I am altering the waistline of the skirt myself rather than send it back. The skirt is versatile, soft, easy to wear. I will wear it dressed up with a pretty jacket and blouse, or more casually with a nice sweater. Good bargain!”
