“I ordered the size 16 (my normal size) and I could not even get it on--sleeves too tight, shoulders too narrow. Naturally, I am returning it. Didn't get as far as evaluating how well the material wears, stains, wrinkles, etc., but it is a light color, so... I think the material seems nice enough. I would keep it if the jacket fit.”
