“I love this sweater. The arms are not baggy (I think another reviewer said they were too tight- and I admit, they are snug), but I like that. I could not wear another sweater under this- but I wouldn't want to. I bought it to wear with blouses. It's very attractive, and I like that it is short waisted- since it shows off your waist- and that's flattering.”
