David Brooks Silky Suede Jacket (For Women)

I was so pleased when this arrived and it was everything I was hoping for and more! I ordered this in the Kiwi and was a little concerned if the color would be versatile enough to wear it often. I've worn it with navy, brown and black and have gotten huge compliments every time I've worn it. I will get a lot of use out of this jacket and would recommend it to anyone who likes a classy look... either casual or dressy. The price was awesome! Thanks so much.

Will grab often when I'm headed outside. Should be perfect for spring and fall as cover jacket. Might be too warm/heavy for inside wear. Love item. lln

The jacket was nice quality--however, large was too large and medium was too tight. I normally wear a medium. Would need overcoat in winter.

Well made and versatile lined suede jacket at an unbeatable price. I agree with other reviewers that the sleeves are a bit long, but because they fold back they are able to fit a wide variety of arm lengths. Also, although I usually wear a size 6 in jackets, I settled for the medium size in this jacket as the small was a bit tight across the back. The cinnabar David Brook's sweater perfectly matches the cinnabar jacket, and they are not really ruby colored but have a slightly spicier tone. They look great with many neutral colors and can be dressed up or down.

I am pleasantly surprised with the lines and cut of this jacket which really enhances my shape! Looks great with jeans or skirt or dress slacks and heels. Lots of uses for any day and any where!

These jackets are such a bargain and so beautiful that I bought one in loden and another in red. (The color is closer to red than to bittersweet orange.) As is usual in David Brooks's clothes, the workmanship is excellent, the materials outstanding, and the look classic. I already look forward to the next season of David Brooks designs. Lightweight, soft very stylish - received tons of compliments, including from younger fashion-oriented friends (I dress pretty conservatively). I normally wear a 10 petite but am a bit top-heavy so went for the Large and it fits like dream. The open, fold-up cuffs worked very well for me, no tailoring necessary.
