No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“Haven't found suitable blouse for skirt yet. Fabric very nice, length is 'true' but seems a little long. My hips are not out of proportion to waist. I can NOT get the skirt ON unless I pull it over my head! The waist fits fine, but maybe it's that the zipper is TOO SHORT to allow room for hips.Never have had such strange fit. Will need altering, but worth it for the price of the skirt.”
