    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    It's a lovely dress, but sizing is definitely an issue. I usually wear a size 4, but ordered an 8 based on the recommendation on this web site. The bust area was *still* too tight, but the rest of the dress fit loose, like a true size 8. If you have the money or skill, my recommendation if you order this dress is to go 2 sizes up based on your bust size, and tailor the rest to fit. I have neither the money nor skill, so I'm going to have to return it.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    For some reason the sizing is a size too small on the chest area, but true to size on the rest of the dress. So if you order a size up based on your usual bust size, then the rest of the dress will be too large...okay if you're willing to get it tailored, or if you don't mind a looser fit around the middle.

    Reading prior reviews regarding fit were very helpful. Ordered as gift for my adult daughter who has small bust and larger hips. Ordered one size larger than her normal dress size and got a tailor-made fit. She is a knock-out in this dress. She travels alot and this dress packs and unpacks like a dream. Very sophisticated look.
