“Runs small in bust only”

“It's a lovely dress, but sizing is definitely an issue. I usually wear a size 4, but ordered an 8 based on the recommendation on this web site. The bust area was *still* too tight, but the rest of the dress fit loose, like a true size 8. If you have the money or skill, my recommendation if you order this dress is to go 2 sizes up based on your bust size, and tailor the rest to fit. I have neither the money nor skill, so I'm going to have to return it.”
