“Graet Boots and helpful too!”

“These boots first caught my 11 year old son's eye with the great colors. The boots match his board. So we bought them, waited for them to arrive. When they arrived he was so excited they were just as they looked online. When he tried them on they were a full size to small. DC we found out runs small. The black inner liner was right at his toes. We will remember that for next time. No need to worry, we called up and the VERY helpful women on the phone got us in a size larger. They arrived and my son is in heaven looking for snow to fall. Thank you for a great product and very helpful and courteous staff. She made the exchange process a breeze!!!!!!!”
