The shirt is good quality, quick drying, etc., but it's tight to the point of compression. I'm 5'6" 115 lbs and the small is snug and shorter than desired. I would definitely size up. Might be fine if you're looking for serious compression. Oh, and this will definitely smash the ladies in front.

The sweat wicking material is great and stays in good shape even after many washes. Very comfy! The sports bra is very tight so you'll get the smashed uniboob effect. It also rides up the stomach unless you have washboard abs. (I'm 5'6", 120 lbs, thin build.)

I'm still giving it 4 stars because it probably would have been much better if I bought the medium, but now it's too late to return. :( Instead, I either bare the belly or wear a running jacket over it.

This is an excellent sports top and well-worth the investment. It has great compression / support so I recommend it particularly highly for any high-intensity activities, such as running or mountain-biking. I am a road and touring cyclist and it's great for summer days when I just want to throw on one piece and not think about it until I take it off at the end of my ride. The pockets allow it to be an all-in-one sports bra and jersey. Flattering, attractive and well-made. It is so supportive that it's hard to get in and out of and does run on the small side. Definitely order up if in doubt. I can usually wear a small or a medium. In this top I can just get into a medium.
