Really nice light weight top. will be good for base layer or for summer time workouts.

My experience is different from the two previous reviewers who don't use this cycling shirt for cycling. I have 3 of these which I use every day for hot weather cycling (at 8 am this morning temperature and humidity both over 80.) In this application it works as I hoped, thin, light, no rubbing or binding, wicks off sweat

I bought this shirt because I wanted something with reflective panels for running in the dark that was also stylish. A couple issues: this thing holds sweat like a sponge. I could wring out a lot of sweat after my runs. Normally, I want a top to retain some of the moisture to facilitate body temp regulation, but this is too much. This product is probably better suited for athletic activities which do not cause you to sweat as much. I'm thinking, stuff like indoor rock climbing, walking, etc.

I would not recommend this if you want performance wicking.... I wanted a sleeveless wicking material for power yoga where you sweat buckets in the 90-100degree heated room. This was too thick and held onto the sweat... not a performance wicking shirt. May be good for other things but not running or power yoga where you sweat alot..
