“First, this runs small; order up. Second, the guy who said he wore this in 40 degrees, windy weather, with no base layer, is out of his mind. This is a very light but long sleeved layer, and in no way is it windproof (nor advertised as such). It is, however, a good deal at the price offered, to ward off a slight chill. There is a little chafe.”
