I find this fabric to be un-fit to wear next to the skin. It smells bad brand new, so I can only imagine what it smells like sweating in it. I don't buy cycling jerseys often, and have not for 10 yeas, but if this is indicative of what they've become, I'll start wearing wool. For hot weather, I'll stick to cotton shirts. Yes, cotton has gotten a bad rap for any athletic activity. The synthetic promoters want you to believe you'll die of hypothermia for wearing it. Silly. As long as you're aware of it's limits and are conscious of what you're doing, it has it's place . In hot weather, which is all this Theorem jersey is good for anyways, cotton is fantastic and can keep you cooler. Synthetics don't have to be harsh or stink badly. I have some Pearl Izumi Kodiak Light jerseys that are comfortable and don't stink. My all time fav jersey was made form Swiss-Tex, long gone in this age of high-tech fabric. The fabric was looped on the inside(smooth outside), much like your favorite pair of Smartwool or other socks. It had incredible temperature range. Times change, but not always for the better. I would not recommend this jersey to anyone, but it would suit a plastic display model at a trade show.

I bought this for my boyfriend who can never find bike jersey's long enough. He is really happy with the fit (it is a trim fit) and the light material. We live in the humid south--that is important. Rust color is a little off from the picture--way more orange.

I needed a breathable green shirt for my VBS leaders, it worked ok, but was disappointed in the one w/ pulls. Expensive for damaged goods.

I have a lot of synthetic performance wear from different sports (non bike-specific) and always thought that those did the job just as well as $100+ cycling jerseys. These are the first jerseys that I would actually wear before my other stuff. They fit great-- not too tight, but not big and billowy. The extra length in the back is great and adds good coverage, and the long front zipper, I must admit, is nice to have on really warm days. There's one smallish pocket on the back. It could be larger, but it's zippered, which is really nice (I can toss my car door clicker in there and forget about it, though the pocket could certainly hold more). The fabric is really lightweight, not that tightly woven stuff that doesn't move moisture away from your skin as it should. Never had any problems with the zipper chafing, etc. I'm 5'8" and a 38S jacket and the medium fits me really well (a bit roomy, but I'm not looking for a skin-tight fit). All in all a great product!

Love this jersey. Only con- I find the zipper pocket in the back a little awkward to get to.
