Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These waterproof panniers are well made and I expect they will hold up quite well on some upcoming tours. I especially like the fact that they use the Ortlieb mounting system, and would have been even happier if they used the QL2 instead of the QL1. Overall an excellent value.
