Overall this pack seems pretty good. The specs indicate this pack fits torsos from 16-22". I am 6'2", 210lbs and my torso measurement is 22". My chest is about 47". The pack simply rides a bit too high on my back for my comfort. Even with the sternum strap as low as it will go, and the shoulder straps extended, the waist straps ride a few inches above my hips. Probably a great pack for someone a little smaller. Other things I noticed:

The pack does have straps for diagonally carrying skis as well as A-frame. Nice.
Avy gear pouch will not fit larger shovel blades, my smallish blade measures 8.5" wide and a little over 14" tall and it is a tight fit.
Shovel handle has to go in the probe sleeve or exterior because main avy gear pocket is too shallow.
The probe sleeve is open on the bottom into main compartment. (Kind of odd, any snow in the sleeve will fall/melt down into the main compartment.)
Build quality seems quite good, comfy padding on hip belt and shoulder straps and back.
Lots of adjustment straps. Nice elastic loop on sternum strap to give some freedom of movement.
Strange inaccessible part of main compartment between avy gear pouch and exterior.
