I have been wanting a backpack specifically for biking. This appears to be exactly what I need. It is large enough to hold some tools, snacks and light jacket. There are three smaller pockets (one on top, one inside, and one in the front) for items like keys or cell phone. I LOVE the mesh straps and raised back side panels which allows ventilation to reach your back. Last summer I used a regular backpack and it was hot and uncomfortable. I AM glad I chose this bag over the women's version of a similar pack. I am 5'8" and I think that other bag would have been too short. This one is perfect. The straps are not too long or too short. While someone taller than me could use it, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for someone very tall or broad chested/well endowed (I'm 150ish and small busted). It's pretty chilly in MN right now (-10) so I won't get to actually use this for a while, but upon first inspection it should meet my needs nicely
