    I bought these for my husband. He felt the 38's were a bit snug around the waist, but he like the stying quite a bit. Unfortunately, one of the back belt loops popped off after two washings, leaving a small hole that needed to be patched. Not very good quality, but for the price they're not bad. Just keep a sewing kit handy.

    Hey, I can't rate my carpenter's jeans shorts yet. I haven't even worn them for a washing. I'll start using them when I go south for the winter, but they fit perfectly, they feel right. They look nicer than I should look in them, and I'm delighted. I should have bought four pair!
