The length of the sleeves is fine (long sleeves are often too long for my arms, I'm 5'2"). It washes and wears well. At first I wasn't too sure about the cuffs, which are on the longer side, but I've gotten used to them. The shirt itself is great as a layer and helps keep me warm.

It is nicely cut and styled and it is a very good grade of cotton. I bought two before they sold out on line and I wish I had got more. I love it.

However there was streaks of some sort of clear/whitish plastic embedded into the shoulder area, so no way to wear it as an outer shirt.
