Very substantial fabric - perhaps there are thicker towels available, but these are quite nice and attractive. Will use them to "wrap" some holiday gifts - instead of wasting gift paper, these can be used over and over.

I like these dish towels because they are very large, very red, nice soft fabric and the embroidery is pretty. I usually prefer thick terry cloth dish towels, but I do like these anyway. Now I am waiting to see how they stand up to several washings and dryings. The big test is to find out if they are absorbent.

I ordered the green towels with the pine cones, and really like them. They seem well made, and the embroidery looks nice. The reason I gave them only 4 stars is that they are not as absorbent as I would like.

Nice color and design, but thin. Also, I thought from the picture I was getting one towel with each design, not three towels with one design (one with the trees.) They are better used as a decorative item than for drying dishes, etc.
