We are always running low on mixing bowls, so I ordered up this set during a 45% sale. I am disappointed by the quality. They are quite light, and I have a feeling they will get chips and cracks in the coming months. I don't expect them to last more than a year or two. If you plan to use them decoratively, to store items or to add a jolt of color to an open shelf in your kitchen, they would be a good choice, but for actual mixing, not so much.

Great color but there are a few small flaws in the finish on all 3 bowls. Well worth the close out price.

These mixing bowls are pretty enough to use at the table for serving.

These mixing bowls were a great price (w/ 30% off). The bowls all had obvious defects--rough spot on bottom of one that needed to be Dremelled off, glaze irregularities & pitting. Not terrible but obvious. Also, the bowls are somewhat on the tall side for their width. WOuld recomend for utilitarian purposes, with reservations.

Beautiful bowls for the price. I can see a couple of minor imperfections, but they aren't that noticeable. They are nice and heavy. I haven't used my set much yet, but I've already ordered another set for a gift.

I mix, chill, warm, serve and store all in the same bowl. The large one makes a perfect soup tureen.
They are so beautiful to look at, I can't bring myself to hide them in a cupboard. I like to just admire them.
