Reviewed by Yoshi from Oregon on Tuesday, June 4, 2013This was purchased for a gift and the recipient LOVED it! She thought it was just as "cute" as I did! I have seen many other watermelon bowls for a lot more $$.
Reviewed by steve the gardener from minnesota on Tuesday, June 4, 2013I like watermelon and watermelon themed ceramics. Everything we found so far has been small size or crazy expensive. the size and the great price got our attention. just what we wanted for serving fresh fruit salad, cut watermelon.
Reviewed by Cherylynn3 from Waco, TX on Thursday, May 30, 2013Charming server...about the size of a real watermelon boat! Perfect for home, but I expect to use it over and again to feature potluck fruit or green salads or even to ice small yogurt cups on a breakfast buffet. Get the matching salt & pepper shakers! Individual-serving bowl set is also available.
Reviewed by Bsteger from S.C. on Tuesday, May 21, 2013This bowl has nice paint and finish. My wife really likes it. I just wish it wasn't made in china.
Reviewed by doughboy from cottage grove on Thursday, May 16, 2013We get invited to outings, and sometimes we get the short end of the straw and have to bring the fruit salad (with the cost of fruit, we be better off bringing the steaks). This bowl is perfect, ceramic watermelon boat, cut and add fruit to the bowl and offer the boat to the host as a gift (storage is always a problem, and actually, we intended to use as a gift)
For the amount we paid, it's a great conversation piece, and saves us a bottle of wine.
