The two platters I ordered however, we're both broken when they arrived. I was very disappointed because I thought they were very cute for Valentine's Day. I chatted with an agent and told her that they arrived broken. She told me to send an e-mail to customer service, which I did, but unfortunately I haven't heard anything. They were very inexpensive and I just like to have them replaced because I really liked them. I took a photo of the broken platters when they arrived.
