Closeouts. Come prepared to the summer heat battle in Discovery Expedition's canvas safari hat. Its 360-degree mesh crown keeps your noggin cool and ventilated, and its sun-shielding design keeps the sun off your face and neck.

This is an attractive hat that appears to be of quality construction. Both the brim and crown of the hat are flexible but are not designed to formed. In other words, you can't shape the hat as you might a baseball cap or cowboy hat. The hat is heavier than a boonie hat but the mesh area is quite generous and does a nice job letting heat out. A nice hat that I'm looking forward to testing in the Grand Canyon.

My bald boyfriend uses this for yard work. It keeps the sun off his head, breathes well, and makes his sideburns look real cute. The material is washable and durable.

I bought this Discovery Expedition canvas safari hat to have around for those really hot days, when I need extra ventilation. It has a 360-degree mesh crown that will keep your head cool and ventilated. It also helps to ward off the rays of the sun. I also have a Tilley hat, and while it is not up to the quality of a Tilley hat, for the price, it is a great deal. The fit is good. Tilley hats are 3-4 times the price.
