I've had these shoes for about a month now, some outdoor, mostly indoor riding. Riding 6 of 7 days a week.
I ordered the Sidi Genius 5 pro carbon at the same time, I'll be sending the Sidi Genius back. I didn't even ride the Sidi. I still ride a Sidi Dragon for mountain biking and had been using a DMT Ultimax for road.
The DMT Kyoma fit my foot better. First ride on the DMT Kyoma was outdoors for 3hrs. First 2 hrs were great then I started noticing a pressure point from the tongue. All around the perimeter where your foot enters the shoe there is a black rubbery material that grips your foot securely. However, on the tongue that black rubbery material gets slightly thick as it wraps around the tongue on the corners. The corner of the tongue is where my pressure spot was. Fortunately the tongue can easily be moved around and it stays where ever you put it. For me the fix was to move the tongue forward and to the inside, no more pressure point. The shoe is a hair wider at the front than others which, so far, I have liked. The DMT sole is stiffer than the Sidi (good for riding, bad for walking). The DMT sole doesn't have a rubber pad at the heal for walking like the Sidi. What is there instead is a raised area of what looks like cured resin from the carbon sole curing process which does provide some grip. The shoe is well perforated for ventilation. The DMT Kyoma is lighter than the Sidi Genius. Overall, very nice cycling shoe.

These are great, light, well ventilated shoes. The size is accurate - I wear 10-1/2 and that size fit correctly - though, if you have a high instep, as I do, you will find the straps will have to only partially wrap around to the velcro side to accommodate. I've used them 3 times so far for about 100 miles. Minor adjustments of the cleats along the way brought them to the point of comfort. Very firm sole.
Wouldn't use these on real cold days. Good ventilation leads to frozen toes below 45 degrees.

Have a pair of DMY Ultimax that I really like. The shoes are lightweight but poor fitting and quite wide. Top strap does not fit well and is sewn at wrong angle. I do not recommend.
