“Bought this for my 8 week old Border Collie pup and didnt realize it also needs to measure the width for a small dog, not a puppy - its more like a chihuhua. WHile the lenght was right - measuered that - it is only about 12" around, doenst fit a growing puppys bulk, so gave it to a toy dog owner. Looks like it would work well - the holes for the feet go in the front and then the back velcros up - smart design and looks like a nice fleece inside with shell outer. Wouldve been nice but....”
