The scoop neck is higher on me than shown in the photo. The bottom is just the right amount of coverage - more modest than a lot of swimsuits, without a lot of added fabric. Swimsuit sizing is tricky. I orderered size 10. I wear a size 4 pants and size 6-8 top and this suit is too small.
