“Runs LARGE!”

“I am not familiar with this designer, but I'm guessing she runs large. I am an 8-10 and I got a size 8 but when I tried them on, they not only fell from my waist but seemed to fall below my hips! I caught them but I'm pretty sure that was going to happen. So I quickly took them off and returned them. They were so large I couldn't judge if they WOULD have been flattering or not. But the description emphasizes "tummy control" and if that is an issue for you (it certainly is for me), my sense was that you could not rely on the material in these. If you try these, order a couple of sizes smaller. (When this happens in a store, it's flattering, but when it involves returning, it's just a pain.) I'm going to say I'd recommend, because I think black silk pants could be very useful and this is a good price.”
