“Bought this dress to wear to a wedding. It was perfect for the occasion-- dressy enough but the shorter length made it not too formal for afternoon. Recommendation to order 1 size up was correct (which is why I checked "too small" above). Lovely color and flattering cut. Skirt was not too "bubbly"-- more like a normal line but gathered under at the hem. Much more flattering than the "bubble" silhouette, I think, but if you want a true "bubble" this may not do it.”
