    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I'm so sorry I had to send this dress back. The fabric was beautiful, but this particular halter style allowed for very little support, and also was cut too revealingly to accommodate a strapless bra. Also, perhaps it was a fluke, but as I tried on the dress, two buttons fell off, and one was already missing. I would love to see a different cut in this same color and fabric, with more attention to detail!

    I ordered this dress for a special event and had it altered to an 8 since only size 10 was available, but boy was it worth it! It looked elegant and was so comfortable. The fitted bodice provided enough support for me, but if you must wear a bra, this is not the dress for you. Beautiful, expensive details included the silk taffeta fabric, which the designer did not skimp on with the box-pleated skirt. A definite wow!!!
