“I disagree that this runs small. I ordered a 10 but should definitely have bought an 8. Very low neckline. I had to get a new bra because none of mine allowed such a plunge. Flutter sleeves are not my best look but I'm keeping it because it gives me a waist not always there in the rest of my wardrobe!”
