The fit is a little different. Feels wider in heel and narrower in the body than a standard men's fitment. Works nicely for me though.

I ordered 1/2 size up, and they are still too snug for my wide forefoot. They may break in since they are natural leather and very soft. At the same time, the heel is roomy and slips a lot. There is no built-in arch support. Adding an arched insole seems to solve arch and heel problems. These are old-school. Don't expect them to fit like foam-lined lace-up shoes. They are not rugged work boots either. The formal cap toe is unusual on a boot with a big honkin' zipper in front. The overall effect is a bit "Euro." You'll love it or hate it. If I keep them, I plan to get them dirty and dull down the polish so they draw less attention.

I never got to wear them because the zipper fell off as I was putting them on for the first time. I can not rate the boots other qualities.

I bought these for a cruise to Alaska and decided to break them in first. There really was no need, they were comfortable from the moment I put them on. Very nicely made. Very well padded on the inside. A great find at a great price! I'm gonna buy another pair for my dad.

I bought these boots to wear riding around the farm.

For my husband for showing at halter. Follow sizing advise. He is 11.5 always, but these fit perfect in a 12. Leather is soft and good quality

bought these online because they were made in usa, but couldn't talk myself into keeping them even though they were a great sale price. the zipper is just too poor a quality and leather feels too thing to last. also there is NO zero arch support, they are flat bottom shoes????
