No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I purchased boots for work. I work in produce so I need a good waterproof, comfortable, warm boot. After one day they were so painful on the ankles it felt like I was getting bruises. The tongue is very stiff and where it folds digs into the ankle. Unfortunately I had to return them. The boots themselves fit perfectly and the price was right so I would have liked them to work. Will try something else from Sierra.”
