“Doesn't seem to be a stout working boot”

“I bought this boot because I board my horse at a co-op where I have to feed him and turn him out every morning before work. It would be nice to have a sturdy paddock boot that could also go straight to the office when need be. These boots are elegant enough for the office, but I doubted they would hold up well for mucking and riding. I was especially skeptical about the zipper's ability to hold out against the deep sand the barn's on. I sent them back, still looking. I would recommend these to a rider who mainly stays in the arena and doesn't do her own mucking.”
