Double H Paddock Boots - Short (For Women)

Difficult to get on, and difficult to buckle.

These boots are great for work and so sturdy they will protect feet from all those little feet stepping on them in the classroom. At the same time, they look and feel great! They are somewhat heavy, but I believe they will be long-wearing. Looks much more expensive than the price paid. As I mentioned previously, they are difficult to put on, but with some practice, it gets easier. I would not recommend them for people who might have too much of a struggle. These are definitely not slip-ons!

This shoe is beautiful but hard to get on. The strap that goes over your foot is too tight. Even with it unbuckled it is nearly impossible to get your foot into the boot.

Very well made, sturdy boot. Difficult to get into and not as comfortable as one would expect. Arch support very limited.

Wanted winter footwear.Warm, safe,(no twisted ankles!) attractive. Might be wide for some, but I wanted something so I can wear warm socks to have warm feet!

I agree with the other reviewers - it's a beautiful boot (the dark plum is stunning), the fit seems to be standard for double-h (but larger than I am used to). BUT, it's very difficult to get into the boot. Best for someone who doesn't need to get into and out off shoes during the day.

I got the plum color---stunning and dark. The design is sophisticated and stylish; a very classic look. I have wider feet, and comfortable women's shoes are not easy to find. These fit perfectly, and are extremely comfortable; it is a typical double h fit. A narrower foot just needs to wear a heavier sock; there is plenty of toe room.
