“ok, but HH isnt what it used to be”

“I bought these to wear on a daily basis,doing farm chores.Mucking stalls, riding, walking etc. For years I bought HH boots in this size from a local tack shop.They closed a few years back and I went to muck style boots.STP deals are too good to pass up so I was watching for a nice pair of HH's to buy. The boots have fallen off a little since they are now made in Mexico.Size seems a little larger than before, Leather not as nice, boots folded and dug in at my ankles where the shaft meets the upper.They look like the soles will wear like iron though which is very important to me. I would take a chance on other HH boots, but I am a little disappointed that a local company ( HH is an hour or so from me) has sold out :-(”
