“If I had paid full price for these boots, I'd probably send them back. The zippers are so difficult to pull open or closed I'm worried I'm going to damage them. I had to change out of them halfway through the first day because the area right below my lateral ankle bone was getting rubbed raw. The boots are soft and the sole is comfortable. It may just be that I need to break them in more. I'd still recommend them at this point because I want to give them a chance.”
