“Too narrow for me!”

“I loved the look of these. Cute star and nice heel and great price. Most of my summer sandals are brown, tan or other natural colours, so I bought the white for something a bit different- a bit more dressy. I am usually 8 or 8 and 1/2, but my feet can swell in the hot weather, so I went for the size 9's . Whilst the length was fine I could hardly squeeze my foot into the criss-cross upper. It was too tight width ways and also height of the upper. I toyed with keeping them and trying to stretch the upper to make it more comfortable but decided they should go back. In the heat these sandals would become even tighter and more uncomfortable for me. A size 10 would have been way too long. What a shame!”
