    I read the critiques before i bought this--that it was bulky. For what i wanted--a coat on a trip to the north, for a couple weeks, it was fine. Yes, it's bulky. It's not remotely flattering, but it was big enough to wear warm under it, and it was warm. warm and cheap...and taht's what i wanted.

    I bought this jacket for outdoor upstate NY wear. I bought a large for added room, and it is snug fitting. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall. Although the coat is very warm, the outside pockets go straight up and down, and I find items fall out easily. There are pockets on the inside of the jacket, but in -10 degrees, who wants to open their coat. Because I am tall, the hood is much too tight in height. Sorry I didn't return it.
