Dr. Martens Classic 5-Eye Shoes - Oxfords (For Youth)

I have another pair of similar shoes in black and I love the navy. I am a woman who usually wears a 7-7.5 so took the advice of a previous review and purchased a youth size. I got the 5 which may be a hair roomy, but the fit is still so great that it should pose no problem. I am looking forward to this pair lasting 10 years like my older ones (which still have several years of good wear on them.) I like these shoes because they hold up well in rain and look great with jeans and casual pants. Docs are the best. Did I mention that I got these at 75% less than the price I paid for the first pair?

My 8 yr old thinks the Dr. Martens are "cool." He can't wait to wear them to a fancy function. A value value as I am consatntly buy new shoes for my growing boys.

As a woman, it's hard to get practical shoes. These are great for work and play (and with the oil resistant soles--they are also good for any greasy environment such as kitchen or mechanic). I normally take 37 euro and the British youth 4 is equivalent. These are very comfortable shoes. In the past I had a pair of Dr. Martens without the cushioning at the ankle, which I wore for over two years--with my old pair, the collar of the shoe started rubbing in the end. So with the padding on these, I'm looking forward to long-wearing comfort with this pair.

Really good product with only one negative - weight. But my son love them anyway
