    This is a great jacket, especially at the sale price. I bought the medium for my lanky 8.5 year old, and it was really large/long on her (it almost fit me - I'm a petite adult!). She is 51" and 54 lbs. Rather than returning it, we are keeping it for her to grow into, and ordered a small, which still needs to be cuffed a little bit, and is still plenty long for her, considering it is supposed to be a 6/7. This jacket it absolutely the thickest, softest fleece, and feels the same on the inside! It's great for Spring and Fall weather, or on colder days under a down vest. We live in an old, drafty house, and my daughter wears it indoors, too. Very nice quality - embroidered details are really cute, and colors are true. Washes up really nicely. Can't say enough good things about the jacket itself - just order a size down.
