“My 3 year old is wearing the size 4 although it is a bit big. He is a very tall kid so the arms of the 3 were short. It is slightly stiff due it's thickness, but softer than it looks in the picture. It is a great wind blocker and the hood makes it ideal. It is perfect for our colder days here in So Cal, and great under a light weight parka for colder climates. So far I love everything by Snow Dragons!”
