Dreamsacks Woven Throw Blanket

Our four-year-old son is a warm sleeper, so I wanted to find him a lightweight blanket for his twin bed. This blanket is exactly what I was looking for. Yes, it's thin, but after a single wash it has the drape and weight of silk and the super soft hand of cashmere. The only flaw I can think of is that the edging seems to be cotton and it wrinkles slightly after washing (a satin trim would have been better). Otherwise, I'm thrilled to have found such a bargain.

It's nice for Florida winters, don't think it would do much good in colder climates

Nice feel, soft. Isn't a heavy throw. Pretty design.

I bought this to use in my massage practice (paying way more than I normally would), but when I received it, I changed my mind. It is definitely gorgeous, beautifully woven and just exquisite. However, I'm reluctant to use it in a capacity where I would be laundering it often. Quite thin. So far, it's draped over a chair where I can admire it.

we bought two, my sister wanted one also, it was a great deal for a dreamsack. They feel so nice and light and they breathe.

I bought several of these for gifts. They are beautifully tied and make a lovely presentation. Everyone loves bamboo, and this is a "little luxury".

To me it is too flimsy to be used as a throw. And I don't know what else you would use it for. I'm stumped.

This throw is just beautiful. Snow white and soft as angora. I put it through the washer and dryer and it came out just like it went in. It's not very warm, though. I'm in NH and it will get put away for the winter -- just not heavy enough. I would recommend this to anyone with the caveat that if you're in northern areas, it's not going to be warm enough through the winter.
