    They do run a little large and your toes could come out the opening behind the front covering if they are not sized exactly right for your foot. Most people should buy a half to a full size smaller than what they would normally get. The sandals are well made, comfortable and nice looking. They are a very good buy at Sierra's prices.

    The hole on the top of the front of the shoe is too close to the front of my toes. So, every other step, my toe pops out the front. I don't think it is a sizing problem, but a design problem. Guess that's the reason they are on closeout.

    The ordering information said to order a size smaller, but when the shoes arrived, I found they were a size to a size-and-a-half too small for my feet. They seemed like they were well-constructed and would have been comfortable if they fit properly. Good support, and light weight for their construction. I wish my size had been available.

    I ordered a size 11,4E for my boyfriend. Though it is stylish and made well, it did not work for him. He usually wears an 11 3E Allen Edmonds. The foot bed was not wide enough. The sandal was too long. His toes came short and stuck out of the top hole in the sandal. It was disappointing because he owns a pair of Dunham St Johnsbury 2 strap sandal in 11 4E that fits great. Anyway, I had to send it back.
