Reviewed by Bulldog from Sydney on Thursday, September 26, 2013Great looking boots and I ordered a full size larger & wide fit as recommended by other reviews.... However, these boots are a very narrow fit with a narrow shaft as well so as I'm in Australia I'm hoping they will stretch enough to fit but I'm doubtful... have had other brands of boots manufactured in China without the size issue so not sure what's happening with Durango ?
Reviewed by The woman not afriad to order men's shoes! from Lafayette, CA on Saturday, August 10, 2013Am a woman, size 9. Got men's size 8 and they fit just right. Super well made with thick leather soles, with the black cherry color i can wear with any color. Can't wait for fall to wear them!

Reviewed by Sonny from USA on Saturday, June 1, 2013First of all these boots really are even better looking than the picture and they look and feel well made, its getting harder and harder to find good leather outsole boots with a big leather heel for horse riding most everything is rubber or composite outsoles these days(ya I'm old school). These boots will require a break-in period as most 'all-leather' boots do,wore them about 4 hours today and I don't think it will be a long break-in period.
Bottom line is you just can't beat these boots for the price.
Answer The outsole is leather.
